Kanyemba Lodge is one of the first lodges to operate in the Western side of the Chiawa GMA.

We pride ourselves in offering an exquisite holiday experience, fresh genuine cuisine, in a relaxed family atmosphere

Kanyemba Lodge employs exclusively Zambian Staff from the local community surrounding the Lodge. In-house training.

The Lodge was built in time for the 2001 Eclipse that passed through Zambia. Local materials and Labour were used to craft the chalets, reception and main building around the natural trees and landscape.

All furniture was made on site. To this day, Kanyemba runs carpentry that produces furniture for the other camps and lodges and employs and trains a dozen craftsmen at any one time. We also have a Nursery school on-site for our youngest members of our community.
