CHALETS AROUND LAKE KARIBA

There are a number of chalets available on the Zambian side of Lake Kariba. Accommodation at these chalets presents the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and soak in the beauty of the lake and its natural surroundings. There is always an opportunity to see game along the banks of the river, without the stress of large crowds.

Chalets in Kariba are a great alternative if you do no not wish to spend your time on a houseboat. The weather is hot all year round but more pleasant between April and August, Zambia’s more temperate winter season. September to February is very hot but September and October are fantastic months for game viewing and tiger fishing.
