ABOUT THE COMPANY
Chiawa Camp was established in 1989, becoming the first safari camp to operate in the Lower Zambezi National Park, and is credited with initiating the conservation and tourism activities that have now made the area one of Africa’s “bucket list” safari destinations.
Owned and operated by the Cumings family, 3 generations of professional guides, Chiawa Camp not only has a strong guiding history but also a conservation pedigree that is unmatched in the Lower Zambezi having initiated various conservation projects and being founder members of Conservation Lower Zambezi.
