Top Range Islands of Siankaba The Livingstone Safari Lodge  The River Club 18km upstream from Victoria Falls, is a well-appointed Edwardian house with lounge, dining room, library, shop and veranda on which breakfasts and teas are taken. Ten luxury en-suite chalets are screened, air-conditioned and have uninterrupted views of the Zambezi. Activities include a Victoria Falls Tour, sundowner cruises, tiger fishing, and visiting a nearby village. Others (extra cost) include white water rafting, bungee jumping, abseiling, canoeing, and flights over the Falls. 
Stanley Safari Lodge A very exclusive lodge erected on a hill overlooking the spray of the Victoria Falls and the Zambezi river. The 7 rooms have a fabulous view and stunning sunsets. The 4 suites each have their own private plunge pool.  Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma, built on a dramatic bend in the Zambezi is just 10Km upstream from the world famous Victoria Falls. There are twelve air-conditioned tree houses, connected by wooden walkways. Each tree house enjoys superb views over the river. In addition, there are two private houses available, each with two bedrooms, their own dining areas and decks with plunge pools, and their own chefs and house staff. Guests are able to indulge in a range of spa treatments while enjoying spectacular views over the Zambezi River . Sun International Resort very close to the Falls. There are two hotels, The Zambezi Sun (3 star hotel) as well as The Royal Livingstone (5 star hotel). Each of the hotels has its own design, specific character and identity. Taita Falcon Lodge Taita Falcon Lodge is stunningly perched 230m above the Zambezi on the edge of the Batoka Gorge, 11km. from the Victoria Falls, and is a unique bush experience. Owner managed, the lodge’s focus is on providing personalized service to each individual client. With only 7 chalets, the lodge offers an intimate stay or an exclusive venue to smaller groups. An ideal beginning or ending to your African Safari – spend a few days taking in the natural wonder of the Victoria Falls and the many adventure activities that the region has to offer!! 
Toka Leya : Overlooking the Zambezi River and some of its islands is Toka Leya Camp, comprising 12 raised, spacious en-suite safari-style tents. Tent interiors boast wooden flooring, tasteful African décor, climate-control, and an expansive wooden deck from which to soak up the views. Activities include a tour of the Victoria Falls on the Zambian side, game drives within Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, river cruises, fishing and guided nature walks. Tours of Livingstone town and museum and visits to Mkuni Market and a nearby village add cultural diversity.
Tongabezi an exclusive and romantic lodge beautifully positioned on the banks of the river, with stunning views across the Zambezi. It is home to just 22 guests in cottages and houses. Personal valets and attention to detail complete an African dream, with emphasis on style, service and atmosphere.  - Thorntree Lodge has 9 en-suite, self contained rooms all with river views.
Zambezi Royal Chundu Fishing and Safari Lodge is further up river is offering riverfront chalets and 3 tree houses. The Waterfront has a superb view of the river and offers both chalets, tents and camping. Waterberry Zambezi Lodge 

Middle Range Bushbuck River House - Owner run and located just outside the National Park on the banks of the Zambezi, just 16km upstream from the falls. The house is set in 105 acres of bush with en-suite rooms a swimming pool and tree house overlooking the river. The tranquil surroundings have varied animal and birdlife. Bushfront Lodge  Chrismar Hotel Chundukwa River Lodge Camp has wood and thatch chalets on stilts over the River and offers horse trails and canoeing.  Fallsway Lodge  Fawlty Towers is right in the middle of Livingstone on the Mosi-o-Tunya Road in the Adventure Centre and has great inexpensive accommodation with a pool. 
Kaazmein Lodge  Maramba River Lodge located just 4km from the Victoria Falls, in an attractive shaded woodland setting. It is situated in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park on a bluff overlooking the Maramba River and often visited by the resident wildlife with elephant wandering through the grounds at certain times of the year. 
Natural Mystic  Ngolide Lodge in Mosi-o-Tunya Rd, Livingstone offers comfortable, affordable accommodation in a convenient location, just 8 kms from the falls.  Protea Hotel Livingstone  Thorntree Lodge Wasawange Lodge 
Budget Jolly Boys Backpackers: in the centre of Livingstone offer affordable thatched double and twin chalets, air conditioned ensuite rooms, dormitories and camping. They have a swimming pool, pool table, restaurant, self catering kitchen and bar with DSTV. 
Jungle Junction.For something a little different, spend a few nights on a magical jungle island right in the middle of the Zambezi. They'll take you over to the island in a traditional makoro and give you a secluded and comfortable bed to camp down for the night. Wander around the lush island and find one of the many isolated hammocks to kick back and soak up the therapeutic rhythm of this great river. Basic rustic accommodation and food suit this barefoot wonderland.
Livingstone Backpackers Funky backpackers lodge in central Livingstone with pool, bar and climbing wall. No Name Camp
Zig Zag Bed & Breakfast is a family run establishment in central Livingstone offering good budget accommodation, motel style, with an excellent restaurant and the best cappuccinos in town.

For Campers and Backpackers Fawlty Towers  Jolly Boys Backpackers: in the centre of Livingstone offer affordable thatched double and twin chalets, air conditioned ensuite rooms, dormitories and camping. Jungle Junction Beautiful secluded camping spots on an exquisite, soft beach-sand, jungle island in the middle of the Zambezi. Laid back casual rustic atmosphere. Maramba River Lodge on the main road from Livingstone to the Falls, up river on an exquisite island in the Zambezi.  Peregrine's Bush CampFor people wanting to camp away from the noise, hustle and bustle of Victoria Falls and Livingstone - enjoy your own private camp site in nature at on the cliffs of Batoka Gorge. There are three campsites and each has it's own private ablution with hot showers, beautiful views, nature and bird walks and hiking trails in and around the Batoka Gorge. You do need your own vehicle and equipment since there is no shop or supplies available at the camp. The Waterfront
