Take a walk down the Main road of Livingstone towards the Falls and there you'll fine several Adventure Companies offering Riverboarding, White water rafting, Canoeing, Horse riding trails, local tours to the Victoria Falls and around Livingstone. There are also Safari operators, a few restaurants, Backpackers Lodges and Arts and Crafts shops.
