About the company
The Cumings Family, 4th generation Africans, founded Chiawa Camp in 1989 and in so doing pioneered tourism to the Lower Zambezi National Park. Chiawa Camp has since become one of Africa’s flagship destinations and leads the way in conservation activity too. Old Mondoro followed more than a decade later and together with Chiawa Camp has become a “bucket list” safari.
